Focused since three decades ago on the discovery of upcoming filmmakers and the diversity of contemporary cinema, Festival Jóvenes Realizadores – Granada Film Fest develops a place for discussion, screenings and exchange between creators, industry professionals and the audience.
AWARDS
INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION
Open to feature films, medium-length films and short films unreleased or completed after January 2021, decided to explore new audiovisual forms regardless of their definition or genre.
The selected films will compete for the following prizes:
- Val del Omar Award, endowed with €1.500
- Audience Award, endowed with €900
- Youth Jury Award, endowed with €600
AGUAESPEJO COMPETITION
Open to feature films, medium-length films and short films unreleased or completed after January 2021. Invites to reflect on the relations between moving images and water as a source of artistic expression and a medium for experimentation with audiovisual language.
The selected films will compete for the next prize:
- AguaGranada Award, endowed with €1000
DEADLINE
Call for entries will be open until July 31st. Registration must be done submitting the application available at FilmFreeway or Festhome.
